This garment is part of our zero waste collection meaning that 100% of the fabric, sewing thread and labels are biodegradable. To stop the inherent fashion waste problem, we need to change how we dispose of our clothes. Staring at the garment's design. Also it was dyed using a plant.

How to dispose of this garment :
1. Send for cellulose recycling. It was designed to facilitate cellulose recycling by being made of 100% cellulosic material.
2. Add to your compost.
3. Dig a hole in the ground a bury it. Send it back to the land.
*Warning
There is a risk that low stock items are actually out of stock. Contrary to what can be read in the product description, we will not make more of any product. If the product is out-of-stock, we will contact you to either exchange the product for another size / colour or simply refund the order.

We know it is always risky to buy a garment when he has not been tried on.

1. The garment does not fit, you would need a larger or smaller size.
2. Write to contact@respecterre.com to let us know the item you wish to return.

us, we will not refund the costs you have disbursed.
3. We'll send you a prepaid label.
4. Print the label.
5. Fill the grid at the bottom of the "Return Policy" sheet and include it in the return package. Ex: Size I have : M, Size I want S
6. Please reuse the packaging in which you received your order.
7. Put the "Return Policy" sheet + garment in the package.
8. Tape the prepaid label on the package.
9. Drop it at the nearest post office.

Return conditions:
1. Do not wash the garment.
2. Do not wear other than to try it.
3. Leave the label on the garment.
4. Contact us within 15 days after the reception of the merchandise.
5. Try new underwear over your own underwear and sign the Hygiene
guarantee coupon.
Damaged or garment manufacturing defect:
If the item we sent you has a manufacturing defect or other damage:
1. Write to contact@respecterre.com with a photo and description of defects or damage.
2. We will send other item or a refund.
3. We may ask you to return or to donate the damaged garment.
4. We rely on your honesty to give us truthful information.
Return for refund:
***Important : Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
1. Fill the grid at the bottom of the "Return Policy" sheet and include it in the
return package.
2. Ship to the following address: Respecterre, 689, 8e Rang, Ham-Nord, Quebec, G0P 1A0.
3. Upon receipt of your package, we will refund the value of the clothing (+ taxes) by means you have chosen for the initial transaction (PayPal or credit card). It may take up to 5 working days (after refund) before seeing the amount
on your statement.
